Today, Leo owns two businesses and leads Sandoval Services LLC, a Minnesota company providing towing, roadside assistance, snow services, and mobile mechanic repairs. He also gives back to his community and speaks to people who have been incarcerated, are returning home, or are heading down the wrong path—helping them redirect an entrepreneurial mindset toward legitimate business, leadership, and purpose.
